Summary: We are looking for a Data Security Analyst with 2+ years of experience to assist with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) operations across endpoint, cloud, email, and network environments. You will support policy monitoring, alert triage, and documentation under the guidance of senior team members, using tools like Zscaler DLP and ServiceNow Roles & Responsibilities: - Monitor and triage DLP alerts from endpoints, cloud applications, and email using Zscaler DLP. - Support basic incident investigation and escalate issues following the escalation matrix. - Assist in implementing approved DLP policy changes and participate in testing and rollbacks. - Coordinate with infrastructure teams for DLP agent installation and issue resolution. - Log, track, and update DLP-related tickets in ServiceNow. - Help maintain runbook documentation and standard procedures related to DLP operations. - Contribute to shared drive scanning activities and assist in report preparation. -Follow organizational data protection policies and security best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - 2+ years of experience in IT security or DLP operations. - Exposure to Zscaler DLP or similar data protection tools. - Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms. - Basic understanding of DLP principles, data protection, and incident workflows. - Eagerness to learn and grow in a structured security operations environment. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - GSOC - Endpoint Protection/EDR(CrowdStrike, Client ITSM - ServiceNow) Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Endpoint Extended Detection and Response. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
