Summary: We are looking for a Network Security Analyst with 2+ years of experience to support firewall, WAF, CASB, and CSPM operations. You will assist with policy updates, incident support, and basic administration tasks using tools like Cisco, Fortigate, Palo Alto, Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), F5 WAF, CrowdStrike CSPM, and ServiceNow. Roles & Responsibilities: -Assist in reviewing firewall rule requests and supporting rule implementation. -Help with firewall patching, backups, and upgrade coordination. -Support Zscaler ZIA/ZPA monitoring and help troubleshoot user issues. -Assist in applying and validating WAF rule changes and maintaining rule documentation. -Provide basic support in deploying CASB use cases and monitoring cloud posture via CSPM. -Help investigate security alerts and document remediation recommendations. -Maintain and update security documentation, runbooks, and reports. -Collaborate with senior engineers and support teams on issue resolution. -Tool-Network Security -Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB)using Zscaler, Client ITSM - ServiceNow Network Security -Cloud Security posture Mgmt.(CSPM) using CrowdStrike, Client ITSM - ServiceNow Professional & Technical Skills: -Experience in network security or IT security support. -Exposure to tools like Cisco, Fortigate, Palo Alto, Zscaler, F5 WAF, CrowdStrike CSPM, and ServiceNow (training/assisted experience acceptable). -Basic understanding of firewall policies, cloud security concepts, and incident response. -Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced security environment. -Good communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills. -Security certifications like Security+ or vendor-specific credentials are a plus. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Network Security Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
