Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply security skills to design, build, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to implement security measures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will also engage in proactive monitoring of security systems and respond to potential threats, all while maintaining a focus on safeguarding information and business processes against cyber threats. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to enhance the overall security posture. - Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Strong understanding of identity governance and administration. - Experience with access management and role-based access control. - Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards. - Knowledge of security incident response and threat management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
