Job Description

• This role is responsible for all architectural designs within SecOps on the layers of security processes and technical solutions SecOps provides diverse centralized security services to different Capgemini Service Delivery Centra SDCs within the Bayer Account.
• Examples of these services are Threat Vulnerability Management Rapid7 Tenable Qualys Technical System hardening Customized CIS Benchmarks scans Symantec CCS Tenable Malware protection Trend Micro Deep Security ApexOne Datacenter Firewalling PKI Novosec PAM CyberArk Deep Security Firewalling East West protection Trend Micro Endpoint Protection SIEM Splunk Patch management Software deployment and Discovery Tanium Securing incident management SNOW SecOps Next to these Security services and toolings
• SecOps is developing new centralized Security services in line with the strategical developments within Bayer and the Capgemini Service Delivery Centra.
• The Bayer account is very dynamic Major migrations are underway Transformational GAPs need to be covered by RUN and new requests for new services are coming in in rapid pace to succeed in this role a candidate needs to be able to quickly adapt to a complex environment quickly master complex matters and technics switch well at all levels and be capable of professional stakeholder management.
• Candidates with experience within the Bayer contract are preferred because of the complexity of the contract and its structure and the related time to get acquainted with the contract accountabilities.

Primary Skills

• Develop the architecture and technology standards for Security Management in line with the Bayer contract and policies.
• Manage design and development of Security features HLD Features List Features descriptions Design build and implement enterprise class security systems for the Bayer environment.
• Create solutions that balance business requirements with information and cyber security requirements.
• Align standards frameworks and security with overall business and technology strategy Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements Seek opportunities to optimize costs and operational activities Provide direction and guidance on migration from the old to the new model.
• Responsible for product selection in areas of Security Management Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats Design security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge

Secondary Skills

Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM etc preffered.
