We proactively develop your potential and invest in your career. Why You\'ll Love This Job: The purpose of this position is to ensure protection of site personnel, property, and information of DTCC. The Security Analyst, under the guidance of Security Manager will ensure strict compliance of site security policies and procedures. The individual is responsible for overseeing the activities of the security operations which provides safety and protects all visitors, employees, and company assets. Supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries and thefts. Look after security control room operations. Investigate incidents and/or complaints and compile data for accurate reporting. What you\'ll do: Work closely with the Security Manager to ensure that the site is aligned to DTCC security standards, policies, guidelines, and local ordinances. Supervision of Security officers on assigned shift and be responsible for the proper execution of assigned duties. Ensures that adequate security resources are provided for and deployed at the site. Coordinates the performance of the security workforce/security contractors. Inspect / review documents maintained by security staff deployed on site to ensure compliance to Global Security standards. Ensures that technical systems (i.e. access controls CCTV visitor management security operations centers) are in place and functioning all the time. Works closely with Life safety, WDS and property management to ensure emergency response is in place (i.e. police, fire brigade, medical). Ensures that all security related incidents are reported to the Security Manager. Ensures all local meetings and congress are following established security practices. Oversee Pass Administration, ID Badge printing and to manage Physical Identity Access Management. Develops cooperative relationships with local law enforcement authorities. Liaison with Police and Civil Administration and RSO - US Consulate Chennai. Promotes a secure workplace environment. Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent from UGC accredited university. 2 to 4 years of experience in Security, and Command Center operations. Experience in managing third party service delivery a plus. Knowledge and understanding of local security regulations and risks a plus. High level of personal credibility. Has the ability to build lasting relationships and is customer focused. Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding in English is a plus. Proficiency of local languages would be an advantage. ABOUT THE TEAM Our team of Global Security Management (GSM) professionals is responsible for protecting DTCC\'s people, assets and physical infrastructure. When you join this team, you help carry out GSM\'s mission by developing and administering security policies and procedures across all DTCC locations. GSM, part of DTCC\'s Risk Management organization, provides on-site physical and electronic security, oversees DTCC\'s Emergency Safety Team program and delivers a range of other safety- and security-focused services, including security awareness education.
