Role Purpose ProvidingIAMprocessexpertise tothe IAM Delivery & Operations function,ensuring thatIAMprocesses/controlsare operatedin line withagreedSLA\'s,project timelines and company standards. Key responsibilities Operating the joiner, mover, leaver and recertification processes across the group using automated tooling. Includes Reporting. Operating high touch accesses control processes for CNI or other sensitive/critical systems. Includes Reporting. Operating privileged access management controls and reporting. Working withbusiness contacts to ensure that processes are executed efficiently and that exceptions are followed up andmanaged in a timely manner. Providing reports to leadership and key stakeholders showingprocess completion, exceptions and compliance to SLA\'s. Leadership responsibilities This role willbe part ofaglobal team of security analysts delivering IAM servicesacrossLSEGbusinesses. Critical deliverables Operating IAM processes and controls with appropriate reporting. Impact This role is key in ensuring that Cyber Security deliver the appropriate IAM processes and controls to enable the business to achieve the required security posturein its regulated Financial Services environment. Key KPIs Joiners, Movers and Leavers processes are executed as per company standards. Recertification campaigns are delivered to thepre-agreedyearly plan with target completion rates achieved. Technical / job functional knowledge 1year of experience in IAM/information security rolesor relevant educationieComputer Science degree, IAM technologyor Information Security certification. Demonstrates anunderstanding of information security principles and best practices. Demonstrates an understanding of IAM principles and how they are embedded into core business processes. Business and sector expertise Preferred prior experience in the financial servicesand / or technologysector. Leadership and management experience This is anindividualcontributor role. Personal skills and capabilities Mustdemonstrate an attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed to the required quality. Takes ownership and commits to delivering sustainable outcomes and resolving problems. Is structured and logical in planning and executing activities.
