Summary: As a Security Advisor, you will provide enterprise-level advice to make organizations cyber resilient. Your typical day will involve engaging with various stakeholders to assess their cybersecurity posture, offering strategic guidance on best practices, and ensuring that digital assets are protected against evolving cyber threats. You will also facilitate discussions to enhance the organization's overall security framework, fostering a culture of awareness and proactive risk management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Active Directory (AD) and security operations. - Lead and manage team performance, ensuring alignment with client expectations. - Own team-level decisions and contribute to strategic initiatives across multiple teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive security improvements and operational efficiency. - Provide scalable solutions to problems impacting multiple teams. - Conduct regular assessments of security protocols and recommend improvements. - Mentor junior team members to enhance cybersecurity knowledge and practices. - Create, modify, enable/disable, and delete AD user accounts, including bulk uploads. - Manage AD group memberships, permissions, and access provisioning/revocation. - Administer Group Policies (GPOs). - Perform vault/safe administration including creation, deletion, and access management. - Note: User provisioning/de-provisioning is handled via SailPoint (outside this scope). - Maintain and manage AD components including ADDC, DFS, DNS, KMS, Sites, Trusts, Schema/ADMX updates. - Administer AAD Connect and ADFS. - Manage certificate lifecycles for domain controllers. - Conduct regular health checks across AD components including AAD Connect, ADFS, Server Networking, and DNS/WINS replications. - Monitor synchronization status, authentication anomalies, and configuration changes. - Recommend improvements in monitoring and alerting based on vendor best practices. - Perform corrective actions including incident logging, analysis, troubleshooting, triaging, and RCA. - Execute preventative actions such as patching, emergency fixes, and approved enhancements. - Maintain documentation and artifacts to ensure compliance with client standards. - Manage AD Security Groups including user additions/removals and license entitlements. - Handle Azure App Registration for authentication and authorization. - Configure and support SAML, SSO, OAuth2, and related protocols. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience in risk assessment and management methodologies. - Ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
