Summary: As a Security Advisor, you will provide enterprise-level advice to make organizations cyber resilient. Your typical day will involve engaging with various stakeholders to assess their security posture, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and recommending strategies to enhance their defenses against cyber threats. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital assets are protected while fostering trust and transparency within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Conduct regular assessments of security measures and recommend improvements. - Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance team knowledge on security best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Okta Identity Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Saviynt Identity Platform. - Strong understanding of identity and access management principles. - Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards. - Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Okta Identity Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
