Summary: As a Security Advisor, you will provide enterprise-level advice to make organizations cyber resilient. Your typical day will involve engaging with various stakeholders to assess their cybersecurity posture, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and recommending strategies to enhance their defenses against cyber threats. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital assets are protected while fostering trust and transparency within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: -Lead technical onboarding of new applications and services into the Ping Identity platform. -Configure and manage authentication and authorization policies using PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingOne. -Collaborate with application owners to integrate SSO (SAML/OIDC), MFA, and SCIM provisioning. -Support identity lifecycle processes, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role management. -Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding issues and authentication failures. -Maintain technical documentation and onboarding runbooks. -Work closely with IAM architects, security teams, and developers to ensure alignment with governance and compliance requirements. -Conduct training and provide guidance to internal teams and stakeholders on Ping Identity usage and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: -Experience with identity and access management solutions. -Hands-on experience with Ping Identity tools: PingOne, PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, etc. -Proficiency in SSO, MFA, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, and API-based identity integrations. -Experience with identity governance tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt) is a plus. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Ping Identity. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
