We are looking for a dynamic

Sector Sales Specialist

for our

Manufacturing sector

to champion and drive our growth across India. You'll be at the forefront of developing and executing the sales and marketing strategy for your assigned sector. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will directly impact our revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability. You'll take full ownership of all sales and marketing activities within your sector, serving our diverse customer base across the region.


A key part of your mission will be to responsible to achieve your Budget and in the process develop new customers and retain existing customers across your assigned region and ensuring we hit our key performance indicators. You'll report directly to the Manufacturing Sector Lead, India, playing a crucial part in our success.

What you'll do:



Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to hit revenue targets and boost market share. Spot and evaluate fresh business prospects to expand our customer base. Implement and support Regional account strategies to strengthen relationships. Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Grow and maintain customer relationships through regular face-to-face and phone interactions. Provide valuable market analysis on competitors, potential projects, and emerging trends. Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs. Utilize CRM Systems: Efficiently manage customer and opportunity details within our CRM system.

You'll have the following skills and experience:



You have minimally 6-8 years of proven track record in the Manufacturing sector in India, ideally within power generation or temperature control rentals

. You're well-connected with major end-users, consultants, and contractors. You're financially and commercially savvy, with a sharp focus on customer needs and achieving results. You're quick to grasp new products and applications, with a solid technical understanding. You're proficient in sales processes, know your way around CRM systems, and have a history of driving successful outcomes. Your interpersonal skills are top-notch, allowing you to communicate effectively and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
