Duties & Responsibilities:



Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative activities of the assigned section. Maintain records, files, and databases accurately and confidentially. Draft official correspondences, notices, and reports as required. Facilitate communication between various university departments. Ensure compliance with university rules, regulations, and policies. Prepare periodic reports for higher management. Proficiency in spreadsheet programs like Excel, Power point, Word. Excellent drafting skill. Good computer knowledge. Strong communication skills.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
