Key Accountabilities:
- Project planning & management
- Capex preparation, budget estimation and obtain management approvals
- Supplier data collection
- Co-ordination with Design, Purchase, Engineering, Safety Departments
- Requirement identification & freezing
- Machine Conceptualization
- Handling Contractors for project related work
- Troubleshoot for bottleneck
- Preparation of conceptual layout
- Machine Design and SPM Development with installation execution
- Material selection
- Daily progress inspection
- Complete work data submission to related department
- Statutory Documentation
- New Product Development
Experience:
- 8 - 12 years of experience
Qualifications:
- DME / BE Mechanical or Chemical
Operating Network:
Internal : Project Team, Detail Engineering Team, Maintenance Team, Production Team and Safety Team
External : Consultants / Vendors
Functional Requirement:
Process development & planning, troubleshooting, Understanding of R&D Lab Activities, Understanding of mechanical specification, Equipment Erection, Piping & Fabrication etc.

- Should have excellent inter personal skills and should be able to play a strong interface between Projects and Manufacturing
- Should have excellent analytical skills and should be able to anticipate the technical & other issues the plant may face and work on it proactively.
- Ability to energize teams and drive them to achieve the set objectives.
- High on Professional Integrity, Strong value system
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Well organized, able to set priorities well. Able to effectively multi task and juggle with multiple activities simultaneously
- Result focused- Ability and drive for achieving and surpassing targets against an internal or external standards of excellence.
