The Head of Section - Functional Development will be responsible for the functional development of the following aspect of the vehicle performance: ? Vehicle Dynamics
? Ride Quality/Suspension Performance
? Braking Performance
? Ergonomics
? Powertrain Performance & Character
? Rider Aid Systems (ABS, TC, OCB, Ride Modes, Cruise Control, etc.) Performance
? User Interface (UI/UX)

? Powertrain Performance & Character

? Rider Aid Systems (ABS, TC, OCB, Ride Modes, Cruise Control, etc.) Performance

Academic Qualification & Experience

Secondary School is minimum requirement.

(Engineering studies, Engineering Diploma, BE, ME, or MSc degrees would be highly valued).

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Passionate about motorcycles and product development.

? Vast motorcycle and scooter global product experience.

? Demonstrated experience on functional development of ultra-premium projects in the segments of Super-sports, Roadsters, Cruisers, ADVs and Off-road Motorcycles (Enduro/MX).

? Demonstrated high levels of riding skill through competition achievements or proven testing experience of high performance vehicle testing.

? Excellent communication & influencing skills.

? Customer Interaction Experience through Survey attendance or direct customer related roles.

Behavioural Skills

Demonstrated high levels of riding skill through competition achievements or

proven testing experience of high performance vehicle testing.
