Designation - Manager (Granulation - OSD)
Qualification - B.Pharm / M. Pharm / M.Sc.
Experience - 12 to 15 Years
Location - Moraiya (Ahmedabad)
Lead and oversee granulation processes (wet, dry, fluid bed) for solid oral dosage forms.
Optimize formulations for stability, bioavailability, and cost-effectiveness
Supervise day-to-day production activities in the solid oral department.
Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EMA, WHO, etc.).
Monitor batch records, deviations, and CAPA implementation.
Collaborate with QA/QC teams to maintain product quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance and reduce variability.
Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
Manage and mentor a team of executives and supervisors in manufacturing.
Provide training on process knowledge, safety, and compliance.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams for seamless operations.




Skills & Competencies
Strong technical expertise in

granulation technologies

(wet, dry, fluid bed).
In-depth knowledge of

solid oral dosage manufacturing processes

.
Familiarity with

regulatory requirements

(USFDA, EMA, MHRA, WHO GMP).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
