Section Head - Final Inspection
A purpose driven role for you
Lead formulation and implementation of quality assurance/control and inspection systems, to ensure highest quality of HM4N manufactured vehicles.
A Day in the life
Key Responsibilities
Establish & maintain the Final inspection procedures and systems to ensure no defects are passed on to the market

• Circulate FTR MIS to facilitate the Feeder shops for taking the improvement projects for improving the Direct passing of the vehicles

Effective handling of the Market concerns through effective & timely response/issue closure
Conduct reviews of the Product quality on a monthly basis in order to ensure continual improvement in product quality w.r.t to both Regular and Premium Vehicles
Consumption control of resources to Meet budgeted variable cost for Shop.

• Monthly Manpower planning as per production plan.
• Manpower deployment as per plan
• Planning of regular and indented consumable.

Ensure issuance of daily consumables as per fixed norms.
To ensure safe activity & condition in my area for a healthy environment.

• Training of Safety precautions to all team managers and team members.
• Safety audits.
• Counter action against injury.

Manpower Skill Enhancement at to ensure required competency availability in shop.

• Ensure domain training to new team member.
• Multiskilling training.
• Skill matrix updation of FI and ensure action against gaps observed

Ensure TPM activity implementation as per plan.

• Implementation of planned Activities of JH and QM as per plant master plan.

To ensure new model inspection and validation as per time line along with CFT right from M1 event to Launch of vehicle.

• New model validation system to be followed for all new models as per PREMIUM segment
• Ensure New Model Training to team manager for new model
