Job Purpose * Responsible for planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems in OSD Formulation.

• Ensure maintenance associates are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated to perform their duties efficiently.
• Execute unplanned maintenance tasks and disaster recovery procedures to prevent and minimize issues.
• Perform installation, application, maintenance, and troubleshooting of aesthetic and dermatology equipment.
• Supervise and enhance site electrical systems utilization by working alongside site staff and external experts.
• Track, analyze, and improve key maintenance metrics to enhance asset utilization and reduce maintenance costs.
• Provide on-site service support for clients, including electrical, and software-related assistance.
• Maintain equipment in like-new condition by implementing a world-class preventative maintenance program.
• Manage and maintain a computerized maintenance management system to track work orders and maintenance history.
• Design new electrical engineering control systems to enhance plant efficiency and operations.
• Schedule and oversee planned maintenance tasks, backups, and performance tuning to ensure optimal production.
• Proficiency in preventive and predictive maintenance, breakdown analysis, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance activities and associates.

Note: This position requires a candidate with the ability to work efficiently in an operational setting, possess strong analytical skills, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders for successful maintenance operations in OSD Formulation.
