Section Head - CAS

A purpose driven role for you

The candidate will be the sole leader of the Digital Section (CAS) responsible for the entire section's output, management and growth.

He/she will report directly to the Head of Industrial Design Department that reports directly to the CTO a guidance and mentor for his team.

A Day in the life

Responsible for all the Styling Surface timely deliverables of the entire IDS department for both Cycle Plan Projects as well as Research Projects

Responsible for the interaction and deliverables of the Digital Section with the rest of the IDS teams (industrial designers, clay modelers & CMFG designers)

Responsible for the interaction of the Digital Section with the rest of project stakeholders (PM, Engineers & Model Lines)

Responsible for the necessary upgradation of all relate technologies, processes and practices according the evolving global technologies and organization needs

Responsible and accountable for the direction, management, mentoring of the entire section and its members

Responsible for hiring new talents as per approved resources.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.E/B. Tech

Engineering /Design Diploma

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Proficiency in both Polygonal and Nurbs Modelling

Proven experience in team management and leadership

International and multi-cultural approach

Knowledge and proven experience in 2W products are appreciated.

Behavioural Skills

An open minded attitude to intercultural teams, energetic leadership and proven hands on experience in the field will be fundamental attributes for this candidate to get the best performance from his team.
