Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Telecom, IT, Electrical). Minimum

5 years of professional experience

in engineering or system installation. At least

2 years of experience

in the specific specialty (preferred).

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Section Engineer to oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of systems across designated physical sections (1 to 5). The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in their specialty (e.g., Telecom or IT for SCADA systems) and demonstrate hands-on expertise in managing field installations and integration activities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute system installation within assigned physical section (1 to 5). Interpret and apply technical and functional specifications for system deployment. Monitor and summarize installation progress, reporting to project stakeholders. Resolve physical interface challenges involving cabinets, cabling, cable trays, trenches, and related infrastructure. Conduct on-site testing through sampling methods to validate system performance. Drive commissioning activities within their technical specialty. Collaborate in overall system integration, testing, and commissioning phases. Support final readiness for public operation and handover.

Desired Skills

Technical problem-solving and interface resolution. Installation progress tracking and reporting. Familiarity with commissioning protocols and integration workflows. Effective communication and teamwork across engineering disciplines.
