About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Section Engineer- Telecom to join our team in Surat, India. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of telecommunication systems and infrastructure.
Design and optimize telecom network architectures to ensure efficient and reliable communication systems
Conduct site surveys and perform technical feasibility studies for new telecom projects
Develop and implement network expansion plans to meet growing demand and improve coverage
Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of telecom systems with other infrastructure
Monitor network performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement
Prepare technical documentation, including network diagrams, installation guides, and maintenance procedures
Stay up-to-date with emerging telecom technologies and industry standards to drive innovation within the organization
Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support
What do we need from you
Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
* Total 10 years of experience with min 4 years of relevant exp in Metro projects
