Job Description

Key Responsibilities: * Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of bearing applications to customers, highlighting product features and benefits.

• Collaborate with customers to understand application requirements and obtain RFQs.
• Translate customer inputs and requirements into technical specifications to identify and propose suitable JBIN bearing parts.
• Prepare and share technical submissions, drawings, calculations, and documentation with customers.
• Benchmark industry practices and products (e.g., NSK, NACHI, TIMKEN, FAG, etc.) to stay competitive.
• Provide Level-1 technical support for customer queries and complaints related to bearing applications.
• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation such as PPAP, ISR, SPC, SQC, mill sheets, ESW, etc.
• Ensure effective coordination and communication with the internal sales team throughout the application lifecycle.
• Submit initial technical reports within 30 working days and maintain timely documentation.
• Support continuous improvement by staying updated with industry trends, technologies, and customer expectations.
