Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to assist with daily operational and communication tasks. The role involves handling calls, sending messages, following up with clients, coordinating tasks, and providing general support as per business needs.

Key Responsibilities



Make and receive calls to clients, vendors, and partners as instructed Send WhatsApp messages, emails, and follow-ups Request and collect updates from clients regularly Maintain basic records of conversations and task status Assist in coordinating day-to-day business activities Handle miscellaneous operational tasks as assigned Provide timely updates and ensure smooth communication flow

Required Skills



Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred) Good phone etiquette and professional messaging style Ability to follow instructions accurately Basic record-keeping and coordination ability Reliable, punctual, and disciplined Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, and basic tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
