1. Calendar & Schedule Management
Organize and maintain the executive's calendar.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel plans efficiently.
Ensure timely reminders and avoid scheduling conflicts.
2. Communication Handling
Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage emails, phone calls, messages, and other forms of communication on behalf of the executive.
Draft professional emails, letters, and documents when required.
3. Travel & Logistics Coordination
Arrange domestic and international travel including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
Handle travel documentation such as visa processing and expense tracking.
4. Meeting & Event Support
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
Ensure all materials and logistics are in place before scheduled meetings.
5. Administrative Support
Maintain confidential files, reports, and records.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and data analysis when needed.
Handle office tasks such as filing, scanning, and ordering supplies.
6. Task & Project Assistance
Support with personal errands and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Monitor deadlines and manage priorities on behalf of the executive.
Coordinate with other departments or teams to complete assigned projects.
7. Confidentiality & Discretion
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ensure integrity in all communication and task execution.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
