Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
Assist in office administration and day-to-day operations.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and staff as required.
Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Administration/Management preferred).
Proven work experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Presentable personality with professional grooming.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently.
