Maintain and manage the MD's daily schedule, calendar, and appointments.
Arrange meetings, conferences, internal reviews, and official visits.
Manage internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Meeting & Travel Management
Coordinate and prepare agendas for executive meetings and record accurate minutes.
Arrange domestic and international travel including booking flights, hotels, transport,
Business Coordination
Coordinate with department heads, vendors, customers, and external agencies on behalf of the MD.
Assist in tracking project status, task follow-ups, and inter-department communication.
Maintain a log of actionable items discussed in meetings and ensure timely execution.
Office and Event Support
Oversee planning of internal and external events or functions as per MD's direction.
Welcome and assist executive guests and visitors.
Monitor office support activities relevant to MD's functioning.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration / commerce / English / Secretarial Practice.
Experience:
1-10 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or MD Secretary.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mail), knowledge of file management.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
