Key Responsibilities
-Manage Director's calendar, appointments, and scheduling
-Coordinate internal and external meetings, site visits, and events
-Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone communication
-Draft letters, reports, and presentations
-Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
-Track action items, reminders, and deadlines
-Make travel arrangements (tickets, hotel bookings, itineraries)
-Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points
-Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
-Assist with personal tasks and errands when required
Requirements
-Graduate or diploma holder with strong communication skills
-4+ years of experience as Secretary / Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
-Excellent spoken and written English; Marathi/Hindi an advantage
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Strong interpersonal skills, time management, and attention to detail
-Professional appearance and demeanor
-Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
