We are looking for a highly organized, discreet, and proactive
Secretary to the Chairman
to support day-to-day administrative, coordination, and communication activities. The ideal candidate should be professional, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the Chairman's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings
Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and calls
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
Maintain effective communication between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
Assist in office-related administrative tasks as required
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organizational and time management skills
High level of professionalism and discretion
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years in a similar executive support role preferred
