We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional
Secretary to the Chairman
who can manage day-to-day executive support functions with efficiency and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with staff, managing schedules, overseeing office documentation, and supporting the Chairman in strategic and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistance:
Provide direct administrative support to the Chairman.
Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Staff Coordination & Hiring:
Coordinate with internal teams and departments.
Assist in recruitment processes and onboarding activities when required.
CSR Applications:
Handle CSR-related documentation, applications, and follow-ups.
Task & Workflow Management:
Review and monitor pending tasks on a daily basis.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned tasks.
Meetings & Documentation:
Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and circulate action points.
Maintain organized office records, reports, and internal documentation.
Communication & Correspondence:
Draft and manage professional emails and official communication on behalf of the Chairman.
Handle online form submissions and documentation as needed.
Project Support:
Assist in coordinating new projects, tracking progress, and preparing required reports.
Office Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online platforms.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
