Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to manage overall office operations, including HR responsibilities, client coordination, interview scheduling, and sales/business support. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of coordination for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Secretarial Duties
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and document management
Maintain records, reports, and confidential files
Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
Support HR policies and compliance documentation
Client Handling & Coordination
Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and coordination
Maintain client databases and relationship records
Support client communication and service delivery
Sales & Business Support
Assist sales team with leads, proposals, and documentation
Coordinate with clients for sales meetings and follow-ups
Maintain sales records, CRM updates, and reports
Support business development activities and order processing
Interview & Scheduling Management
Schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments efficiently
Coordinate calendars for management, HR, and sales teams
Send interview confirmations and follow-up communications
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
Proven experience as a Secretary, HR Executive, or Office Administrator
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Skills
Experience in HR coordination and recruitment support
Knowledge of basic sales processes and CRM tools
Client-facing experience
Time-management and problem-solving abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
