Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the management.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and files.
Maintain confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
Office Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments for meeting requirements and follow-ups.
Organize and maintain office records, files, and databases.
Assist in drafting letters, emails, minutes of meetings, and official communication.
Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by management.
Meeting & Event Coordination
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action points.
Arrange logistics for meetings, events, and conferences.
Follow up with stakeholders on pending tasks and deadlines.
Executive Assistance
Act as a point of contact between management and employees/clients/vendors.
Handle small personal tasks for management as required.
Support management in day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
