Female candidate with minimum relevant experience 5-6 years, Good Communication skills, Proficiency in excel,pleasant personality,school experience preferred.
Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Preparing and disseminating correspondence,forms etc
Develop and maintain a filing system, Coordination with different departments.
Manage logistics for internal and external school events
Provide communication support including drafting messages, sending announcements, and coordinating follow-ups
Coordinate with parents, students, and visitors as required
Support administrative processes using school software and applications related to student and teacher records
Undertake other administrative duties as assigned by the school administration

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
