to provide high-level administrative and coordination support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage schedules, meetings, documentation, and confidential tasks with efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the ED's daily schedule, meetings (physical/Zoom/calls), and reminders
Organize documents, minutes of meetings (MoMs), approvals, and reports
Track and follow up on ED-assigned tasks across departments
Handle correspondence via email, phone, WhatsApp, and official communication channels
Collect and compile weekly, monthly, and corporate reports for ED review
Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate records, and support HR during onboarding
Assist in event coordination, chief guest arrangements, and approvals (printing, flex, scrap disposal, etc.)
Maintain confidential records, files, and approvals for audit compliance
Act as a liaison between ED, staff, principals, and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills Required
Graduate (Administration/Management background preferred)
3-6 years of experience in executive/administrative support roles
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational & multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling tools, and email management
High attention to detail with ability to handle confidential information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
