Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and correspondence.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and official documentation.
Draft, proofread, and edit letters, memos, and official communications.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate with departments and external stakeholders as required.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Assist in preparation of presentations, reports, and official events.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration/English/Management preferred).
Minimum
administrative/secretarial experience

Excellent
English communication skills
(verbal & written).
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
