Manage and coordinate the daily administrative operations of the CEO's office to ensure efficiency and confidentiality.
Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO and senior leadership.
Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
Maintain accurate and confidential records, files, and documents related to hospital administration and executive activities.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO, hospital departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and follow-up on key initiatives.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of executive meetings, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and action tracking.
Monitor and manage office supplies, resources, and administrative needs for the executive office.
Uphold hospital policies, protocols, and confidentiality standards at all times.
Support and perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
