We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills to assist executives, manage schedules, handle correspondence, and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and distribute as required.
Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, and external partners.
Assist in preparing confidential documents and maintaining discretion.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
