Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Director.
Maintain calendars, arrange reminders, and ensure timely communication.
Handle daily correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
Prepare minutes of meetings, follow-up actions, and status updates.
2. Document & Communication Management
Draft, review, and format official letters, emails, notices, and internal communications.
Maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
Coordinate communication between the Director and internal departments (HR, Accounts, Production, QC, Admin, etc.)
3. Office Coordination
Organize travel itineraries, hotel bookings, transport arrangements, and logistics.
Coordinate day-to-day tasks, ensure timely completion of Director's instructions.
Maintain office supplies, visitor handling, and basic administrative support.
4. Reporting & Follow-Up
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by the Director.
Follow up with departments for updates, delays, and task closures.
Track open tasks and ensure timely escalations when needed.
5. Professional Support
Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and MIS documents.
Support Director in meetings, events, and business coordination.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
