We are looking for a reliable and organized Secretary to assist in day-to-day office and legal administrative work. The role involves typing, basic coordination, client handling, and general office support. Training will be provided for legal procedures such as e-filing and case listing.
Key Responsibilities
? Type and format handwritten drafts for official filing and records
? Assist with e-filing of cases and documents (training will be provided)
? Prepare and organize the case list for the next day (training will be provided)
? Attend phone calls and take messages accurately
? Greet and attend to clients visiting the office
? Coordinate with clerks and associates regarding filing and case-related work
? Maintain files, documents, and basic office records
? Handle general and miscellaneous office tasks as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, typing skills preferred)
? Good communication skills in Malayalam; basic English reading/typing preferred
? Organized, punctual, and willing to learn
? Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow instructions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
