We are seeking a proactive, organized, and resourceful
Assistant to the Director
to provide high-level administrative and coordination support. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication across departments, and timely follow-through on key tasks and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the Director's daily schedule, meetings, travel plans, and appointments.
Liaise with department heads to ensure timely updates, reports, and smooth interdepartmental communication.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for management reviews.
Track and follow up on key action points and ensure deadlines are met.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support in organizing internal events, meetings, and official correspondence.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems.
Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented with good common sense and judgment.
Prior experience in hospitality or executive assistance preferred.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
09:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience.
