Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized, proactive Admin Secretary based in Chennai.


You should have 2-7 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and strong communication skills (English required; Tamil/Hindi a plus).


Responsibilities include managing daily office functions, supporting the Executive Director, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, travel, and events, and assisting with research and reports. You will manage finances and office operations. Role spans:

Fundraising campaigns, CSR and outreach with key partners. India public policy research & analysis. Startups, incubation and small business assistance. Investments and financing models. Social media, public relations and communications. Projects include rural and citizen empowerment in Tamil Nadu, India. Calls and meetings with government officials, partners (India & USA). Official filing, compliance and certifications. Organize speaking engagements, articles, white papers. Coordinate volunteers and partner networks. Support field initiatives and other duties as needed.

We are big on AI tools, and love people who know their way around presentations, Excel, and social media. Must be tech-savvy (AI tools, MS Office, social media). Flexible role (full or part-time).
