Role Summary:


We're looking for a proactive and organized

Executive Assistant / Administrative Coordinator

to provide secretarial and administrative support to management. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, efficient coordination, and effective communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules for management. Draft and manage letters, emails, reports, and official documents. Maintain vendor contracts, invoices, and payment records. Coordinate meetings, office supplies, and travel arrangements. Support HR and payroll functions as needed. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:



Graduate with

2+ years

of experience in administrative or secretarial roles. Strong proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

and documentation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluent in

English and Malayalam

(Hindi is an advantage). Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
