Manage the Principal's calendar, appointments, and official engagements
Handle and coordinate internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Principal
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up actions
Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as required
Maintain organized physical and electronic records
Act as a liaison with staff and external stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:
Any Graduate with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in an executive or administrative support role
Strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
