Service Management is a cornerstone of our modernization and digitization efforts at Cognizant. ServiceNow is the strategic Platform Cognizant leverages to deliver Enterprise and IT Service Management, as a major contributor to modernizing the way we work. Leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities will be key in transforming our enterprise IT operations. To deliver these capabilities across Cognizant's enterprise we require a proven, experienced Program Director to drive the governance, planning, financial controls, cadence, and alignment of communications across the program.

Core Accountabilities
xc2xb7 Strong understanding of ServiceNow IRM, GRC and platform capabilities
xc2xb7 Implentation of Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Business Continuity, and other risk management processes
xc2xb7 Working knowledge in governance, risk, and compliance role, such as external auditor , control owner, audit manager or internal auditor
xc2xb7 Experience creating workflows for creation, business rules, UI Policies, and data integrations.
xc2xb7 Knowledge of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance processes and requirements
xc2xb7 Strong knowledge and understanding of Mid Server, Integrations, LDAP, Flow Designer and SSO, APIs and IntegrationHub
xc2xb7 Ability to develop web services such as Scripted REST APIs and Rest Messages
xc2xb7 Advanced scripting experience utilizing best practice formatting and comments in Script Includes, Business Rules, etc
xc2xb7 Working knowledge in more than one of the following disciplines: Operational risk management, enterprise risk management, business continuity and disaster recovery, vendor management , audit management, corporate compliance and policy management.
Minimum Qualifications
xc2xb7 B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.S./M.Tech. from Computer Science, Electronics and Communications and Electrical Engineering fields with an excellent academic record
xc2xb7 Total Experience in ServiceNow development- 4 Years.
xc2xb7 3+ years' experience with IRM, GRCC, SecOps
xc2xb7 Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform in general and Integration tools
xc2xb7 Experience working within Agile delivery methodology
Preferred Certifications:
xc2xb7 ITIL V4 foundation certification
xc2xb7 ServiceNow Sys Admin
