Teach Mathematics to secondary school students 9-10.
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
Explain mathematical concepts clearly using appropriate teaching methods, examples, and activities.
Assess and evaluate students' progress through tests, assignments, and examinations.
Provide timely feedback and support to help students improve academic performance.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Identify learning gaps and offer remedial or enrichment support as required.
Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
Integrate technology and innovative teaching tools where applicable.
Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and academic planning.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field.
B.Ed. or relevant teaching certification .
Prior teaching experience at the secondary level is preferred.
Strong subject knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
Experience:
3-5 years of relevant teaching experience.
