Secondary Sourcing Analyst role.

Qualification

:- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.

Maintains a thorough understanding of business processes pertaining to all aspects of secondary sourcing and be able to communicate processes and report to management including business leaders.



Daily/Weekly review of all offers from Secondary Source Suppliers and execution within agreed parameters to issue Purchase Orders



Manages ad-hoc requests and analyses, to strategically utilize secondary source to source scare/constrained supply and mitigate other business risks, including one-time buys, special requests or offers



Creating and maintaining, distributing and enhancing all program reporting, including buy, value, and manufacturer impact reporting.



Weekly and monthly reporting and review of 2-12 secondary suppliers. Facilitation of regular supplier collaboration calls to review performance metrics.



Creation and maintenance of all programs and process documentation.



Will be accountable to Budgeting and forecasting the program volume and value by month on a rolling 12-month basis



Development and presentation of Monthly program update to Execution stakeholder Leadership



Development and maintenance of Growth Strategy and recommendations to present to Executive Leadership.



Lead end-to-end project management for wholesale buying initiatives, including seasonal assortment launches, vendor negotiations, and promotional planning.



Partner with buyers and planners to align product selection and inventory levels with sales forecasts and retail strategies.



Manage timelines and deliverables for vendor onboarding, item setup, purchase orders, and logistics coordination.



Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment across merchandising, supply chain, store operations, and digital commerce.



Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies



Support system enhancements and process improvements related to wholesale buying tools, ERP systems, and digital enablement platforms.



Monitor KPIs such as sell-through, margin, inventory turnover, and vendor compliance to inform project decisions.



Ensure all wholesale buying activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.



Drive continuous improvement in buying workflows, vendor collaboration, and data accuracy.
