. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving secondary sales, managing retailers/dealers, and maintaining strong market presence to achieve sales targets in the Mangalore region.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve secondary sales targets for the assigned territory (Mangalore).
Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, dealers, and channel partners.
Track and ensure product availability, visibility, and demand generation in the market.
Execute sales promotions, schemes, and marketing activities to boost sales.
Regularly visit the market to gather feedback, competitor insights, and product performance.
Maintain and update daily sales reports, beat plans, and market coverage plans.
Coordinate with distributors and internal sales team to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure proper branding, display, and merchandising at dealer outlets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand retailer network.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
1-3 years in the
Bath Fittings or Sanitary Ware industry (Mandatory)
.
Strong knowledge of secondary sales, dealer handling, and market operations.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Should be self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the region.
Basic computer skills for reporting and MIS (MS Excel, Email, etc.).
Should be familiar with local market dynamics in Mangalore.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in launching new products and increasing market penetration.
Ability to manage multiple channel partners and drive consistent sales growth.
