Educational Qualification:

B.Sc., B.Ed. (Mathematics)

or

M.Sc., B.Ed. (Mathematics)

Experience:

Minimum

2 years of teaching experience

in handling

Primary classes or secondary classes

in a

CBSE-affiliated school

.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the

CBSE curriculum

and the school's academic objectives. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Use appropriate teaching aids, digital tools, and hands-on activities to enhance learning outcomes. Assess and evaluate students' progress regularly through assignments, tests, and interactive activities. Maintain accurate student records and communicate progress reports to parents and the school management. Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school events. Collaborate with fellow teachers to ensure curriculum continuity and effective teaching practices. Uphold school policies, values, and child protection standards at all times.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and effective communication skills in English. Ability to engage young learners through creative and interactive teaching methods. Proficiency in classroom management and student motivation techniques. Familiarity with technology-enabled teaching tools (e.g., smart boards, educational apps). A positive attitude, patience, and passion for teaching primary-level students.
