Course Scheduling:
Planning and organizing course schedules, considering faculty availability, student enrollment, and balancing academic timetables.
Student Support & Advising:
Providing guidance to students on course selection, academic requirements, career paths, and overall academic progression.
Faculty Coordination:
Assisting with faculty recruitment, selection, orientation, and training, and coordinating their assignments to courses and activities.
Administrative Support:
Managing academic records, preparing reports, coordinating instructional materials and supplies, and ensuring compliance with administrative policies.
Communication & Liaison:
Serving as a central point of contact between students, faculty, departments, parents, and administration to ensure effective communication and resolve issues.
Program Evaluation:
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of academic programs and suggesting improvements for teaching, learning, and student achievement.
