About the role
The LCC team is primarily responsible for manually assigning ancillaries through airline websites, airline portals, and occasionally through the GDS. When necessary, back-office agents may also need to communicate with airlines and service providers to complete backend transactions.
The role may further involve handling refund transactions using internal tools.
GDS knowledge is an added advantage, and candidates may work across multiple back-office functions, depending on their skills and expertise.
