Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Operate and maintain low- and medium-pressure boilers to ensure continuous steam generation. Monitor and control boiler operations, including pressure, temperature, fuel supply, and water levels. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and cleaning of boiler components. Identify and troubleshoot minor boiler issues, reporting major problems to the maintenance team. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational guidelines, and environmental standards. Assist in boiler start-ups, shutdowns, and emergency response procedures. Maintain accurate records of boiler operations, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities. Conduct water quality tests and adjust chemical treatments as needed. Work closely with senior boiler operators, engineers, and maintenance teams to optimize efficiency. Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment.

Key Requirements:



Second Class Boiler Operator Certification

(Mandatory).

2 to 3 years of experience

in boiler operation within a power plant or industrial facility. Strong understanding of boiler systems, steam generation, and combustion processes. Basic knowledge of water treatment, fuel handling, and boiler maintenance procedures. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and emergency call-outs. Experience in thermal power plants, manufacturing, or process industries Top of Form. Bottom of Form

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
