Job Description

Operate and perform day to day maintenance and repair duties on a large variety of plant equipment not limited to

boiler

room.

Perform maintenance on

boiler

systems and their valves, gauges, piping, and other equipment. Inspect fluids and replace filters. Record daily reading, adjust equipment.

Job Responsibilities



Operation of Boilers

: Monitor and control boiler operations to ensure efficient steam production and power generation.

Maintenance

: Perform routine inspections, maintenance tasks, and repairs on boiler systems to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Safety Compliance

: Ensure that all operations comply with safety regulations and standards to prevent accidents and hazards.

Certification

: A Second-Class Boiler Operator must hold a Second-Class Boiler Attendant Certificate, which is obtained after passing an examination conducted by relevant authorities.
