Seasonings Operator

A Seasonings Operator in the food industry is responsible for preparing, mixing, and applying seasoning blends to food products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to food safety standards, and coordination with production teams to ensure high-quality products.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of Seasoning Blends:

Measure and mix seasonings and ingredients based on production recipes and specifications.

Ensure accurate weighing, measuring, and blending of raw materials.

2. Application of Seasonings:

Operate seasoning and coating machines to apply blends to food products.

Adjust seasoning equipment settings to meet product quality standards.

3. Quality Control:

Monitor the seasoning process to ensure consistent flavor, texture, and product appearance.

Conduct periodic quality checks and document results.

4. Equipment Operation and Maintenance:

Set up, operate, and clean seasoning machines, mixers, and other related equipment.

Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of seasoning machinery.

5. Compliance with Food Safety Standards:

Follow company policies regarding food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety.

Ensure compliance with HACCP, FDA, or other regulatory guidelines.

6. Inventory and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of seasoning usage and product batches.

Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.

7. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with production teams to ensure timely seasoning application.

Communicate any issues or improvements to supervisors or management.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in food production or seasoning application (preferred).

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

Ability to operate machinery and use tools related to the role.

Salary:

10000/- to 15000 /- Monthly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
